Company development plans
The management of KPB INTRA s.r.o. assessed the possibilities of the company and decided to stipulate and coordinate the following long-term tasks – quality objectives at the beginning of 2006. Their focus is consistent with the quality policy and long-term strategy of KPB INTRA s.r.o. The management creates the conditions required to achieve the long-term objectives by reviewing and coordinating them and providing sufficient human and material resources for them. The management engages in such objectives, apart from other opportunities, on the occasion of QMS reviewing.
Outline of quality objectives for 2006:
- Establishment of a quality management system in accordance with amended ISO 9001:2000 and 14001 standards and their certification.

- Reduction of the number of non-conforming products both inside the company and at the customers’ premises by 10 %, i.e. consistent monitoring and detecting of non-conforming products, complaints and claims of the customers in such a manner that causes can be identified and methods of improvement subsequently applied.

The management undertakes to create resources for support of achieving the quality objectives, specifically by supporting provision of work places and working environments, organizational arrangement, defining responsibilities and authorities, providing needed education and training and conditions for obtaining information and effective managing to ensure fulfilment of partial goals of the quality management system.
Establishment of the quality management system in accordance with the above-mentioned standard is a demanding task, which however has been achieved by many companies. It will result in a higher stage of operation of our organization and maintaining our position in both domestic and foreign markets where the quality management system currently represents a commercial necessity in many cases.
